We ship almost all packages via USPS Priority Mail which has a typical delivery time of 2-3 days to most US cities (not guaranteed). Heavier packages may ship via USPS Parcel Post with a typical delivery time of about 5 business days.
International Orders
At this time we only ship within the United States and Canada. International delivery times are usually about 6-10 business days, although there may be additional delays due to customs. Any duties or fees on international orders are your responsibility. Shipping rates to Canada are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days for exchange or refund. Items must be in their original condition. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Contact us for a Return Authorization Code prior to returning items.
