Express shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location. Domestic "Priority Mail Express" and International "Global Express Guaranteed" delivery times are guaranteed by the post office. You will receive a refund of shipping fees if a shipment using one of these delivery methods does not arrive within the timeframe specified (the delivery time does not include handling time). Delivery times for other shipping methods are not quaranteed.
Priority and Express shipments are dispatched by the next business day.
A signature may be required for some shipments. If you do not want to have to sign for your package, please put a note in the special instructions box during checkout. If you choose to waive the signature requirement, lost or stolen shipments become your responsibility.
At this time we only ship within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates to Canada are calculated based on weight and delivery address. Delivery times may be delayed due to customs. Any duties or fees on international orders are your responsibility.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days for exchange or refund. Items must be in their original condition. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip and a brief explaination of the reason for the return.
